The 1994 l'Ermita showed as recently bottled, only the deep colour showed some ripeness, but the juicy, fruity, very deep taste showed no age. Of noble birth the balance with superior acidiy is the foundation of this wine and it embraces the power. Expensive yes, but this wine gives you a lot.
