Saturday, August 16, 2014 - Served at our 50th Wedding Anniversary dinner party. No one would guess this is a Merlot. The 5% Cab Sauvignon infusion gives this blockbuster Merlot complexity and a touch of elegance. Absolutely palate enveloping with flavors of cherries jubilee, chocolate covered cherries and cedary kirsch.
