Sunday, September 11, 2011 - Wow was this just perfect -- had as a standalone bottle after dinner while sitting on deck and talking to neighbors. It was just delicious -- perfectly aged and ready to go. Could handle a fatty meat or just as a pure pleasure drinker! Loved it if you cannot tell.
