Thursday, August 18, 2005 - Excellent Alsacian pinot gris. Normally I prefer a drier style, but this one had just the right amount of sweetness. Beautiful nose with mineral, stone fruit, beehive, and just a hint of grassiness. Very well-balanced on the palate, with a surprisingly long and complex finish.
