Saturday, December 4, 2004 - Tasted from Jeroboam. Light Cherry in color from candlelight. Soft cherry flavors and some soy and spices. My nose knew this would be a winner. Perfect balance and roundness on the palate with a soft silky texture. The flavors comprised of again light cherry and strawberry nuances. It has an ever so lightly (as I would call it) sour note to the cherry flavor. This isn't a bad flavor but just another nuance to this perfect large format wine. The finish lingers and goes on and on. Then comes the smile.
