Tuesday, February 24, 2015 - I find this to be drinking incredibly well right now. It is perhaps the youngest, approachable bottling of Dom Perignon on the market now--although the initial release 1998 may be drinking well at this point. It is still very youthful, but the yeastiness is all but gone and the fruit really singing. Surprised it has such lack luster reviews.
