Thursday, May 28, 2009 - pale yellow/green color; nose of lime and other citrus, wet slate, and just a first hint of brioche or biscuit dough; lime-grapefruit flavors with slight green banana notes, minerality, crisp, assertive acidity on the finish; med long fin with a hint of heat.
NOTE: Aubert chards begin to throw a lot of very fine sediment within 6-8 months of laying down. A accidentally shaken bottle has not cleared after 10 days standing upright. Have to leave a lot of wine in the bottle if decanted, or accept cloudy wine if you want to drink it all.....
