Sunday, December 14, 2014 - Lovely nuttiness and good complexity for a NV. This is 2009 base and coming together beautifully by now. Overall impression is precision, a focused wine. Really well made. Mouthfeel is creamy, mousse is fine, nose is slightly oaky w red citrus and almonds. Palate is rich, lingering brioche, grapefruit, nuts and yellow autmn apples. Recommended.
