Tuesday, January 1, 2008 - golden straw color, subtle pear fruits very clean and snappy wine, minierals, crushed wet stones. this wine is showing more in the mouth then the nose. great with shell fish - crab would be a kicken pairing. i wonder what this would be like in time?
