Monday, August 9, 2010 - deep ruby. Cassis, stony fruits, loaminess in the background. Full bodied, rich with a good balance of fruit and savory components. Dark chocolate and stony fruits with casiis and in balance. A bit rustic with good textural mouthfeel. Lithe and simultaneously rich and deep. Early peak and outstanding.
