Sunday, May 1, 2011 - Dark red in color, sweet dark fruit, green (herbal), pepper, powdery tannis, subtle smoke, and tobacco. The sweet fruit is delivered on the front palate, nice mid palate with pepper notes and nice acidity, but the finish while a bit short for me does exhibit the powdery tannis.
