Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - smooooth! moderate tannins, slight raspy but that is because this is NOT a stand lalone wine; it's Italian! had with Barrata, Heirloom tomatoes, vineagarette, sausage. slight hay taste / smell to finish. Excellent food pairing wine
