Friday, February 25, 2011 - Clear, straw-yellow color. Strange smell of hay, straw, mature yellow apples and moth balls. Drunk without food - which this wine definitely needs. Tasty, full bodied, high acid level. Fruit and acid not really balanced at this moment, and I would wait some years until opening the second bottle
