Clean, clear. tons of bubbles (aggressively dancing)
Brioche, almonds (nutty), off the nose
Super tight, steely, astringent, super crisp. Apple tartness,
Fresh, chalky, high minerality.
Amazing champagne. Drinks like a 200+ dollar of bubble. Eclectic producer bonus point.
