Sunday, May 23, 2010 - Medium ruby core, pale narrow ruby rim. Slightly smoky, sweet red fruit - cherry and strawberry, vanilla, some spice. Medium/full bodied on the palate with well concentrated, very sweet, almosy syrupy, red fruits, vanilla, a hint of spicy/gamey development but overall a little simple, nice fresh acidity, finally a long if slightly warm finish. (14.2% ABV)
