Thursday, June 21, 2012 - peachy gold in color with minimal bubbles as it was served in a chard glass. A reductive nose of honey and tangerines that has vibrant acidity on the palate. A beautiful example of aged champagne delivering on secondary flavors while still holding on to the acidity from its youth.
