Wednesday, December 4, 2013 - Decanted for 2 hrs. Awesome wine. Full of power and grace. Clare cabernet is such an underrated grape in that region. The other elements all work harmoniously. Quality oak used. Perfect cork. Could go another 5-8 years or longer if the cork allows. Great with herb crusted lamb rack.
