Monday, December 7, 2009 - Tasting of Chambertin and Clos-de-Bèze (Amarone (Rotterdam, The Netherlands)): Artificially fruit smell: strawberry, bright red fruit, nothing of the refinement of the Rousseau or even of what you may expect from a grand cru. The nose resembles a Beaujolais. It definitely gained in the glass, and will still when you are patient. So don't drink soon, though it will (I think) never come close to the class of the Rousseau we had alongside this bottle. 17,5/20
