Friday, March 2, 2012 - Unfortunately, the bouquet on this wine writes checks that aren't delivered by the palate. The nose is dominated by engaging red fruits, blackberries and a little pencil shaving, but those flavours don't come out in the mouth where the wine feels thin. Enjoyable wine which requires food, but no more.
