Saturday, June 25, 2011 - Opened 1 hour before first pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, black cherry, raspberry, eucalyptus, licorice, and earth. Palate: Medium to full bodied, gritty tannins, dark fruit, and spice. Finish: Medium plus length sense of gritty dark fruit, spice, and earth. Much improved over the first bottle consumed in 2/10.
