Wonderful nose of cherries, some brown spices, cedar and tobacco notes (cigars), and herbs.
Good depth of flavors, showing blackberries, cherries and a hint of licorice along with the mint/basil herbal component. Good acidity helps carry the depth of fruit and keeps the wine fresh. Touch of oak on the finish.
