Friday, March 23, 2012 - Great wine! Popped and poured from cellar and served with turkey burgers. Classic Pessac bdx ready and willing to show its stuff. Open and very giving on the nose with cassis, earth, and tobacco. Velvety smooth palate with berries galore and some earthiness. Tannins were completely integrated in this bottle that was very fruit forward but with the beginnings of some very nice secondary characteristics. Long finish. Do not hesitate to open a bottle to enjoy now.
