Sunday, February 3, 2013 - At Champetre. This was a close second for wotn. Jojo opened a few hours before service. This is open for business. Complex, long and some bricking already (surprisingly for an '00). Just lacking a hint of freshness that I think good '00 bordeaux should still have. Decanting a must to get maximum potential. Not sure if there is much more room to improve. This is a good sample of what a parkerized wine can evolve into.
