Sunday, July 21, 2013 - I decanted and let breath for close to 2 hours before even taking a sip. The nose was close for at least another hour. It took a long time to unfold, but then it really came to the party. There was beautiful chocolate and rounded fruit on the nose. The palate had a clean minerality mixed with graphite notes that conversed well with the sweet fruit. The finish was very long and clean. There were no cantankerous or harsh tones to disturb the pleasure as the finish came to an end.
