Wednesday, May 29, 2013 - Lynch Bages Dinner (Grand Hyatt Hong Kong): Sweeter, more developed nose - cassis and pencil shavings. On the palate more development and well integrated. Apparently this was a perfect vintage. This opened very well in the glass and I think was nearly my WOTN.
This compared much more favourably to me than the Pontet Canet 2000 I had with Ray just a few weeks before.
