Friday, November 14, 2014 - This garnet hued wine approached perfection. The nose was open and was textbook Pauillac with the characteristic lead pencil nose. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, black cherries, coffee permeated the glass. The palate was full bodied and elegant. In 2011 Robert Parker rated this wine 97 and felt it would last a further 20-25 years. Drunk in Queenstown with friends.
