Thursday, October 29, 2015 - Annual Comparative Bordeaux Tasting (2000/2005) (Chicago, IL): This is a perennial favourite of mine, and tonight was no exception. A very pronounced note of green pepper on the nose. This was fantastically light and elegant, with beautiful perfumed aromatics. Lots of bright acids keeps this a real fresh bottle of Bordeaux. Drinking really well now.
