Saturday, June 20, 2015 - Opened 2 hours prior, followed over an hour. Dark garnet. Dark fruit bouquet with some leather, bacon fat and garrigue. On the palate this comes over as pepper laden fresh Syrah with very silky tannins that are nearly completely resolved. A finely etched oak backdrop provides additional complexity.

I enjoyed this very much. Looking forward to following my others over the next 5-8 years.
