NOSE: somewhat tight; earthy; hint of mint; blackberries; graphite.

BODY: garnet color of great depth; medium bodied.

TASTE: earthy with blackberries; minerally; hint of Bdx funk; nice acidity -- well-balanced; hint of smoke; hint of black licorice on the finish. Not as impressive as the bottle I consumed on 11/19/2007, but still very good.
