Monday, February 10, 2014 - Drank from a magnum, three hours in the decanter and this wine was ready to drink. Deep crimson color, slight bricking, nice nose of black cherries, blackberries, spices, licorice, fat entry on the palate, rich in the mid palate, very well structured and balanced, medium to full bodied, nice acidity and a decent finish with tannins fully integrated. Mature wine with at least a few years of life ahead of it.
