Saturday, June 27, 2015 - Nearly two years since my last bottle and this hasn't budged much. Full focused nose of black cherry, raspberry and stem-driven herbs. Palate starts lean but gains flesh over 4 hours of steady air. In the mouth flavors echo the nose with an added spice cake kick. Racy acidity keeps it fresh and on a razors edge. Definitely still youthful. On the leaner and elegant side of the spectrum. Will try to save my last bottle for 5ish years and drink this at age 15.
