Tuesday, April 17, 2012 - Not quite three years after the last note, this has entered the downhill side of life. Now a pretty gold color that looks its age. Still elegant, but not as fresh as before, with less lemon and more cream and caramel. Aging gracefully, but without the burst of acidity to keep things interesting over the entire bottle. A bottle to be shared among several.
