Monday, December 8, 2014 - The 1998 Domaine de Chevalier presents a lovely deep ruby colour and a fresh bouquet of cranberries, garden flowers, vanilla and shitaki mushrooms. It is an elegant, fully mature, medium to full bodied Graves, endowed with a soft and silky texture and perfectly integrated fruit and tannin. The flavours are intense and complex with layers of black currant, raspberry coulis and cherry tomatoes pleasing the palate and ending in a long velvety finish. To be enjoyed over the next 5 years.
