Monday, December 31, 2012 - Golden yellow color, plentiful medium-sized effervescence. On the palate: Green apple, a little tropical fruit, biscuit. A touch of sweetness, good mouthfeel, complexity, and length. Not as much creaminess and yeastiness as I'd hoped, but a nicely structured wine.
