I've had the 20 year and 10 year before, and have found there is a more pronounced difference between the 10 and 20 year ranges than between the 20 and 30 year range; the drop in the fruitiness is not as pronounced between the 20-30 year range. I actually find that to be a positive trait, as the wine still maintains the distinctive flavor of a port while taking away some of the sweetness that some people do not like in ports.
