Sunday, December 6, 2015 - Nice garnet color, translucent with good clarity. Smells are chery, red licorice, sassafras, light peppery notes, olive, and hints of Indian spice. The tastes are cherry, red jolly rancher, green olive and spicy notes. The finish is spicy, sweet, and lengthy with soft tannins and a little heat.
