Wednesday, July 25, 2007 - Light green straw color filled with aromas ofgrass, ripe green pear, cantalope with a intermixed with hints of mandarine and butter. Interesting mouthfeel with a nice acidity that hits you on the back of your palate followed by a creamy and buttery sensation that just coats your mouth. The palate is fun, nothing to scream from the rafters, but worth checking out with flavors of lime, peach and salty almonds. 3/5
