Nose: Has a clear, appley, Sherry nose that is the antithesis of an Oloroso. Excelltly dry, showing fruit and a hint of maturity but lacking in complexity and intensity.
Palate: Quite young, with apple-fruity corpreal qualities as well as a dry performance with finesse. Propelled by its acids and kept steady by the elegant fruit. A lighter Manzanilla with a beginning nuttiness in the finish. Had hoped for a salty twang, but not here.
