Thursday, July 9, 2015 - Pale straw; pears, apples, herbs, olives, oxidized; dry, nutty, briney, yeasty, light body, decent acidity, clean finish.
Intriguing saline, olive pit and flor yeast flavours. Dry but balanced and easy to sip. Enjoyed with dates and mild cheeses.
