Friday, August 19, 2011 - Golden yellow color. Green apple, melon, pear, and peach aromas and flavors. Crisp fruit and citrus on the mid-palate leading to a long clean finish. Moderate acidity. Paired with pasta alfredo. Overall, an excellent Cali Chardonnay, perfect for summer time enjoyment.
