Sunday, August 28, 2016 - My wife's favorite inexpensive go to sparkler which I enjoy as well at times. This was one of those times. Nice mousse and bead. Lots of yeast, some citrus and a hint of strawberry. Not as sweet as some prior bottles with nice oomph (acidity). Fairly priced rose Champagne in the low 30's in PA.
