Wednesday, August 22, 2012 - Consumed over multiple nights. I wanted a wine with some oomph but not a cab to go with a steak and this wine delivered. The tannins have mellowed enough to just take the edge off. The very dark wine showed really well on the pop and pour on the first night but was even better two nights later. Sad it was my last bottle.
