Sunday, August 1, 2004 - Really opened up after about 45 minutes in the decanter to reveal black licorice, red fruit jelly and lavender nose. The palate is full and sweet and echoes the red fruit theme. Twenty-five second finish. This is yummy stuff that will likely benefit from a few years in the cellar, but will be difficult to stay away from.
