Golden in the glass, with a gentle mousse. Rich, honey and yeast aroma and similar flavours in the mouth, with gentle bubbles. Very long finish.

This was nothing like a young, lively, sparkler and more like a graceful mature Burgundy. Went very well with scallops and then chicken.

All in all it was a pleasure to taste this - my final bottle went with style!
