Tuesday, April 5, 2016 - Riesling Dinner (La Mangeoire): Sharp and hardening honey on the nose, some chemical penicillium notes and vinegar, but in a pleasant way. Awesome on palate, tingling with ethanol, loads of honey, and nice white florals throughout. Some residual sugar hanging around but manageable. Really enjoyed.
