Saturday, January 16, 2016 - Coravin fun - Burgundys to drink in 2016 (My place, parramatta, sydney): From Coravin. On the nose aromas of ripe cherry, cream, vanilla, spice, cedar, rich and dense. Also a tiny bit of stalkiness. In the mouth more of the same, quite tannic as well...drying tannins in fact. It lacks a bit of freshness compared to other Burgundies this evening.
