Little stemmy, earthy with soft red fruit, the type of nose that makes your mouth water. Balanced on the palate with a great sour cherrys and earth. Spicy with great clove notes that add interest. Nice soft tannins and less acidity than I've seen in most '06s. Best thing about this wine is the finish, goes on for 30+ seconds, and makes you take another sip. Recommended. Drink over the next 3-5 years...AMM
