Sunday, January 29, 2012 - Rather closed to start, with a slightly mediciinal nose. This needed a good hour to wake up. Then deeper, darker nose. Still fruity - raspberry / cherry. Some oak wafts in. Slightly granular texture. Balance was fine. Not terribly exciting. Overall fine, but seemed a little in between phases - neither fruity nor secondary.
