Tuesday, February 15, 2011 - Really nice wine that is still tight. Needs atleast 2+ years before it shows it stuff. Dark extracted wine with minimal fruit on the nose. Very rich on the palate but balance. One of the most balanced 03's I have had. Good structure and modestly long finish. Great value. Tried the next day after being open 24 hrs. Wine is less primary and some red currant fruit (merlot?) is showing through. A winner of a wine.
