Sunday, November 13, 2011 - Nov 2011, this is drinking perfectly right now. Lovely balance of fruit and tannin, muted bouquet
Opens nicely at room temperature and with 1 to 2 hr after decanting. Might be better to use an aerator.
Only a little chunky sediment so apart from aeration it doesn't need decanting.
I really like this style.
